To put ‘Swordingo’ simply, just imagine if ‘Zelda’ had been made my a different company altogether back in the 90’s and released as a playstation one title. When playing you can see influences of many other classics too such as Metroid, Croc, Pandemonium and even Super Mario Bros.

But the best thing of all, its free for a very short time, download ASAP, and if you dont like it, fuck it, you didn’t pay for that shit. But if you are reading this post a little late, it should be back up to its normal price of around £2.
Nintendo has confirmed that if there is enough support for Majoras Mask to be remade on the 3DS they would make it, so show your support by joining the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/OperationMoonfall and/or signing the petition at: http://www.petitiononline.com/OpMnfall/petition.html and maybe one day we’ll see this happen!!!

Seems like anything that ‘links’ with Zelda recently i seem to blog about. Ryan Crabhearst is an artist in the simplest form from Syney. I came across him after seeing this picture on tumblr. Tingle’s a douche.

Aswell as Zelda he has done other artwork including Mario, Minecraft and Pokemon, an artist for gamers and nerds, whats not to love. Check out his deviant art page here: http://crabhearst.deviantart.com/gallery/
Such a lovely and heartwarming advert for the upcoming re-release of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the 3DS. Robin Williams is now my Idol. Being in such classics that i watched over and over again in my childhood, like Hook, Jamanji and Mrs Doubtfire. And now i find out that he named his daughter Zelda (after the princess). Majora respect Robin Williams.
Hylian Shield, done at Ink Vs. Steel in Leeds by Scott Mustapic. And my reason for getting it? Everyone needs a geeky tattoo!
Fuck me bitches!!! Vintage NES games that have been recreated into hard drive enclosures. What you get is a 1 TB hard drive enclosed in any of your favorite classic NES game, it even comes with the game sleeve to protect your hard drive. And even if the games on the site at the moment arnt your favourite games growing up or is not the one you want, this is a line from the website: “We can make any game of your choice into a custom enclosure. We have many games in stock, but if we don’t have it, we’ll find it for you.” I know i say this a lot but my life is now complete!

Other NES hardrive cartridges available at the moment include: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Super Mario Bros, Metroid, Tetris, Duck Hunt and more. The other great thing is that they sell SNES cartidges aswell, the ones available at the moment are: Killer Instinct, Super Mario World and The Legend of Zelda - A Link To The Past. Buy both the NES and SNES hardrives here at: http://www.etsy.com/shop/8BitMemory?section_id=6678855
A rare find today at CEX when i came across a second hand (just that day handed in) copy of Twighlight Princess on Gamecube. I played it on the Wii and hated how annoying the controllers were. The best thing is, because copy’s of this version are so rare to find, they are going on ebay for up to £120, and when i only bought it for just over £20, kerrrrching!!!!

In a recent interview with The Guardian, famed game designer Shigeru Miyamoto says Nintendo is not interested in any more 3D remakes for the 3DS. “We would like to create more new titles. For example, this year we are making Super Mario 3D, but it’s not really a remake of [the Wii’s Super Mario] Galaxy.”
Miyamoto qualified his statement about potential 3D remakes, adding “The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past could be one. I think it would be good to see that world with a layered 3D effect.” A Link to the Past, which originally appeared on Super Nintendo then on the Game Boy Advance, would be the first 16-bit title to appear on the 3DS with altered graphics.

This is all good but leaves out the only reason i ever wanted to get a 3DS. Read the full interview with Miyamoto at: http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2011/may/01/shigeru-miyamoto-nintendo-donkey-kong

With every tattoo I want to get, I think about it for a year, If I still want it after that time, I get it. Its costing more than my last two tattoo’s put together but tbh I’m paying that because I want it to actually look good for the rest of my life. Its being done in a single 3 hour session so hopefully pics up very soon.

Got a little carried away at the Office Finale Party.
